Responsibilities:

Maintain a secure and safe environment for employees, customers, and visitors.
Monitor premises through the use of CCTV systems to identify and report any suspicious activities.
Conduct regular patrols to prevent unauthorized access and respond to incidents promptly.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as applicable laws and regulations.
Provide exceptional customer service and address any concerns or inquiries.
Requirements:

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
Proven experience as a security guard or CCTV operator is preferred.
Basic knowledge of security operations and procedures.
Familiarity with CCTV systems and their operation.
Excellent observation and communication skills.
Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and efficiently.
Physical fitness and ability to stand or walk for extended periods.
Valid security license or certification is a plus.
